Airport Certification
Introduction
- This course covers the basic concepts and steps involved in certificating of the airport , participants will be taught the phases of the certification process based on ICAO SARPS
Objectives
- Assure airport compliance with the mandatory certification of airports/aerodromes.
- Provide the participants with the knowledge and skills to assure that the airport/aerodrome meets or exceeds the requirements of ICAO's Annex 14 and Civil Aviation Regulations.
- Find out how to meet the applicable specifications of the aerodrome certificate.
- Understand the relevant Standards and Recommended Practices.
- Examine and discuss your obligations as an airport operator.
