Objectives
By the end of this course, the participants will:
- Understand the global SAR policy.
- Demonstrate general awareness of executing communications during a SAR operation.
- Demonstrate familiarization with all the stages of the different SAR incidents.
- Perform all the duties of the Search Mission Coordinator (SMC).
- Plan for both Inland / Maritime SAR operations.
- Use different assets as SRUs Air / Maritime.
- Provide emergency assistance in different situations.
- Conclude and document SAR operations in order to improve and enhance performance.
