Introduction
Objectives
- To empower inspectors ability to assess the adequacy of aerodrome emergency plan to ensure effective oversight of service providers.
- Give guidance on the implementation of emergency plans and procedures
- Apply relevant tools and advice to implement emergency plans and procedures.
- Understand and evaluate the ability of the plan to deal with the different types of emergency.
- Assure that the crew command managing emergency according to the SARP,s.
- Provide aerodrome rescue and firefighting crew with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to handle aerodrome emergency effectively
- Coordinate between the commander and all agencies in emergency situations
- Managing of RFF personnel
- Ensure effective oversight of service providers.
- Develop the inspection and evaluating aerodrome emergency plan

- Air Traffic Control Supervisors and Senior Air Traffic Control Officers who may be ask to perform the task of Shift Supervisor and Aeronautical Informational Service Staff.

Prerequisite
