Objectives

  •  To develop the knowledge, skills and understanding of the participant to be able to operate safely and effectively as a Fire Officer Watch Commander.
  • At the end of the course the participant will be able to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and understanding of a supervisory manager and carry out the role of Fire Officer Watch Commander.
