Air Traffic Services Management

Introduction

The course provides participants with knowledge ,skills and attitudes to manage the challenging air traffic services environment faced by Air Navigation Service Providers and learn how to run a business enterprise. Participants will have a strategic overview of the challenges and problems affecting ATS unites and services providers organizations.

Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

1- Have   an overarching   collaboration principle for A.T.S. Management.

2- Identify the role of Air Traffic Services Management (responsibilities & information).

3- Understand principles, tools , and planning  system of A.T.M

4-  A.T.S Organization as a part of regional and   international level.

5- Identify Roles and Responsibilities of all stakeholders for   ATS. .

6- Acquire ICAO, IATA,CANSO, FAA and   Euro control  experiences of Management at Regional level CFMU,EAD,CRCO.
