Introduction

Objectives

• Understand SARPs related to resolution of safety and how to use in developing procedures to identify patterns of weakness or deficiency and enable the regulatory authority to take immediate action if necessary, to mitigate a safety concern

• The ‘Coordinated Enforcement Process’ and how it operates
• What enforcement tools are available and how and when to use them
• The responsibilities of CAA officers in relation to enforcement
• The processes supporting CAA’s enforcement activities
• How to report and close-off enforcement action
• The forms and templates needed to carry out enforcement action.
• will gain the experience on the objective of investigation as well as how to conduct the investigation processes
