Objectives
At the end of this course, participants should be able to:
- Be able to acquire the required skill-sets and knowledge to achieve higher operational efficiency and safety in airside operations.
- Develop key performance indicators for a more efficient and safer airside operations environment
- Provide participants knowledge of safety management concepts and ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) on safety management in Annex 19- and Doc 9859
- Develop participants’ knowledge to accept and oversee the key components of an SMS, including their implementation,
