• The goal of this course to enhance the oversight process and safety management capabilities in the field of airports

Objectives

At the end of this course, participants should be able to:

• Be able to acquire the required skill-sets and knowledge to achieve higher operational efficiency and safety in airside operations.
• Develop key performance indicators for a more efficient and safer airside operations environment
• Provide participants knowledge of safety management concepts and ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) on safety management in Annex 19- and Doc 9859
• Develop participants’ knowledge to accept and oversee the key components of an SMS, including their implementation,
