Introduction

  • Airports are complex systems with sophisticated operations that ensure a smooth travel experience for passengers.
  • This course will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the many aspects required in the processing of passengers transiting through an airport and the knowledge to optimize airport terminal and landside operations and provide a positive passenger experience.
