Advanced Flight Operations Course

Introduction

• Gain fundamental knowledge about aviation operations that will help you understand the requirements to succeed as a flight operations management team member. During this 5-day training, you will have a better understanding of the organization of a flight operations department, management systems and human factors application as it relates to organizational structure, defined roles and duties. You will also be able to identify efficiencies that contribute to better performance of duties and responsibilities within the flight operations department at an Airline Operations Centre (AOC).
