Introduction

This course provides On-the-Job Training (OJT) instructors with the necessary knowledge skills and attitudes required to effectively and efficiently conduct OJT programs in accordance with the requirements stipulated in ICAO standards and recommended practices 

Objectives

Upon successfully completing the course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify individual training needs
  • Deliver training for professional adults
  • Plan OJT sessions
  • Conduct OJT sessions
  • Assess trainee's performance
  • Write a training report
  • Evaluate an OJT program
