Airfield Ground Aids (AGA) Inspection and Surveillance
Introduction
In the aviation industry inspections are especially critical. This course will provide aerodrome inspectors with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude to ensure that aerodrome inspection procedures are implemented appropriately, in order to achieve the goal of safe and efficient aerodrome operations.
Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Manage airport certification, approval and authorization.
- Understand the ICAO requirements for aerodrome facilities to insure that meet (SARP,s).
- Enforcement of Aerodromes and Ground Aids (AGA) regulatory compliance to ensure aerodrome operators comply with the regulatory requirements
- Understand and conduct an aerodrome inspection and continuous surveillance.
