Aircraft Maintenance and Flight Line Safety Training


Introduction

  • This course is intended to develop the students' knowledge and skills in aircraft maintenance and flight line safety. This course is designed to provide students with the necessary background knowledge and skills required to perform their duties and assuming their responsibilities in a Safety Environment

Objectives

At the end of course, trainees will Be able to:

  • Apply Safety Concepts in maintenance shop and flight line
  • Establish Safety Environment in the Working Area.
  • Describe the safety concepts in dealing with compressed air and lubrication systems
  • Identify the precautions in dealing with composite materials
  • Explain the safety requirement of electric and electronic equipment
  • Describe the procedures of flight line safety
  • Identify the location, source and cost of FOD and the procedure and program of FOD Prevention

  • - Entry-level aviation employees - Newly hired staff working in airlines
  • airports and ground handlers - Airline and ground service provider staff working in operation - Airlines staff working at an airport - Ground handling agents and supervisors

Prerequisite

  • Good in English Language
  • Recommended level is Intermediate and Advanced
